This 10 inch Rainbow Trout
is made from Bass Wood
and has Birch inserts for
all but the tail fin.
The three 8 inch trout in this
interpretive carving are made from
Birch. The minnow is about two
inches long.
The fly this 12 inch Brown Trout
is chasing is mounted on a piece
of stainless steel leader.
A poor quality photo shows
a 12 inch Rainbow jumping from
simulated water in a stump. It
is hooked to a fly attached to
leader in the other portion
of the stump.
This trout is made from
Diamond Willow and is
finished with Danish oil.
The anal and pectoral fins
are inserts.
A hardwood stump/roots was
the medium for this Rainbow
Trout. The trout is carved
into the stump.
